The full moon rises 13 times per year and, every time it does, we feel the effect of lunar gravity both emotionally and physiologically. It is easy to forget to look upwards and notice this beautiful and magical cosmic event when we are focused on our daily lives. Now we live indoors and the phases of the moon are less obvious, it is also easy to miss these subtle sensations of change during this cycle.

These Full Moon rituals give us the opportunity reconnect and integrate these changes, to stop and remember who and where we are in this infinite space and to recognise this day as an important event in the complex dance of the Universe.
